Almond Jelly

This simple all-time favourite desert has always been my Mum's specialty when it comes to contributing for a pot-luck. Well, it isnt so much of a specialty becasue it is so simple to do. However she had the consistency and measurements up in her head and I never got to pen it down before. I think all my cousins... and my family loved it. We always have left overs because Mum's portion is pretty big (for a party) and I will go straight for the jelly in the mornings after the party. The thought of it has already make me want to make a tub of it tommorrow.
Anyways, I felt that I had to eat it while I am away from Home so decided to try out this simple desert for myself. So I did and you can find this in the receipe link.
