Joggin' with a View
Today is my 2nd day of work. It had been a really tiring day... i thought working from 8am to 3pm wasn't so bad because time passes really fast if you are sitting in lectures... apprently not.
I realized that one shift of work will be from opening to closing. So, he closes at 4pm which isn't so bad. I would get used to it. Anyway, I made an appointment with Diane to go for a jog in the evening at 5pm. WHen i was walking home from the cafe, i was really contemplating to go for that jog. I was keying in the SMS to cancel it, but then cleared it. Did a second one amd then deleted it again. "I cannot be lazy"
I got home and feel asleep on my study chair. I was awaken by Diane's phone call and it was already 10mins to 5. She called to try her luck on cancelling it... haha but i was determined enough to say that i will go and meet her at her apartment. She thought she had the chance of calling it off... but nope, not gonna make us lazy bums!!
The uni track was already closed for athletics training by 530... so we decided to jog around the park behind Royal Children's Hospital.. I forgot the name of the park. We ran into the park... it was dark, and perhaps concentrating on our run than on how dangerous it could get. We got to the centre of the park. According to Diane, the big plot of land is conserved by the government to grow some wild grass or something. The city lighting was quite a view from there, blended in so well with the brightly litted half moon. The 40min jog was a really good excercise for us.
Kindof took some initial tiredness off from me. Came home to do some revision and heading to bed really soon!!

The park is Royal Park. The view is quite nice but be careful when it is dark! :)
